English

MindRoute Global is an AI coaching conversation service. We start from Korean traditional interpretive perspectives and help you reflect on your own situation and decide what to do next. It is operated from the Republic of Korea by JAT Soft.

• One payment, one reading, delivered now. You enter your details, pay, and generation starts the moment the payment is captured, normally finishing within minutes. We do not sell bundles, passes, prepaid points, wallet balances or subscriptions, and there is no recurring billing.
• AI consultation is an option bought together with the reading (+ USD 1.30). A reading bought on its own has no follow-up conversation. If you start the consultation but receive no answer at all because of a failure on our side, the USD 1.30 is refunded automatically when its time ends. One-to-one consultations with Korean teachers are in preparation; nothing is booked or charged for them until they open.
• Refunds. If a report is not delivered within 30 minutes of payment (generation failure, outage or a dropped connection), the payment is refunded in full automatically, without a request; PayPal emails you the refund notice. If it is cut off, in the wrong language or product, or unrelated to your input, request within 7 days for a regeneration or full refund. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. Because the report is digital content delivered and opened immediately, and you consent to immediate delivery at checkout, a correctly delivered reading is not refunded for a change of mind. Email support with your order number; we process within 3 business days to the original payment method.
• Not medical care. This service does not provide medical treatment, psychological therapy, or diagnosis. Traditional interpretation is a cultural perspective, not a scientifically validated prediction or clinical assessment. Reports and conversations are AI-generated and labelled as such. Adults 18 and over only.
